INTRODUCTION

In our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant we manufacture premium quality silicone wristbands, neoprene can coolers and Polyester lanyards. In order for us to offer expedited service to our thousands of clients USMG has setup a 50000 Square feet printing plant that has decades of experience in printing on our specialized products using machinery specifically designed for our products.

INFORMATION ON PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTS:

  • All orders placed within the Standard Production/Standard Shipping option typically take anywhere from 7-10 Business days for Production and another 2-5 Business days for Ground Shipping. Although most orders are produced and shipped within this timeframe, delays or issues with these orders may occur and the timeframe for completion is not guaranteed. We recommend that if you have a specific IN-HANDS Date that you go with one of our Rush options.
  • All colors and options listed on our website are digital mock ups of the product and sometimes will not look exactly like the product you receive. For example, Swirl wristbands will have a swirl pattern, but not necessarily exactly like the one shown on our website.
  • Even though we are an U.S. Manufacturer, we also own facilities overseas and some of our products will be made there. If a customer specifically needs a made in U.S. Product, please notify your Sales Rep so that they can put that information on the order. Additional charges do apply to this option.
  • Exact PMS color matches are available at an extra cost. In stock colors will not be an exact match because of the nature of silicone and sometimes certain batches coming out slightly different than ones before. When a difference of the shade occurs, no grounds for a remake/ redo or refund will be given.
  • All font sizes vary. We use Arial as a default because it is proven to be the easiest to read. We can also use any font on file or provided to us by the customer. In any order that product information is missing we try to contact the customer for verification. In cases we receive no reply after 24 hours we will proceed with our default options. For font type default is Arial Bold, font color will be Black, multi color bands will be segmented and band size will be Adult.
    NOTE: Some font sizes will be smaller than others; we are not responsible for the final outcome of a small font.
  • If we fail to meet a promised delivery date on a rush production order with expedited shipping, but you will still accept the order, then credit will be promptly issued for the difference between the rush production or rush shipping option that was not met. Please note that once you submit your order, any changes, delayed artwork submissions, or delayed proof approvals will void our guarantee policy.
  • Any order that is "In Production" cannot be changed. Phone orders can only be changed prior to payment transaction. Any changes that you may request will be taken by someone on our team, but the changes are not guaranteed. Changing the order includes correcting a misspelling or message.
  • We do offer a free digital proof with your order. We will need written approval of the proof to confirm that the product that will be sent into production is what you want. If we do not receive approval on the proof, any delays on the order will not be expedited by our Company.
  • If our customers contact us to inform that a Standard Production order that is in production now has a deadline date, we can request a faster production or shipping option, but it is not guaranteed. If the request is met, we have the right to charge the customer for the incurred costs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to not produce phrases on products that we determine to be offensive, vulgar, violent, or in any way disagree with our policies, procedures, morals, and ethics. All orders go into production the following business day of the payment transaction. No faxed/emailed PO's will be referred to by the customers PO number. We will only refer to our order number.

REMAKES AND REFUNDS:

  • Any issues with an order must be filed with our Claims Department within 5 business days upon receiving the order. The Claim must also include visual evidence of the issue. If we feel that the product must be sent back to our facilities, then we will provide the proper return information. In any case where we are at fault for producing a product which was not according to the approved invoice, we will remake or refund the appropriate amount.
  • If a customer would like to keep the product we will offer a partial discount in most cases. If the mistake was on the customer’s side then we will try to accommodate them, but we will not rush the production of the product unless the added charges are paid for.
  • If an order was produced but did not contain the whole product, we will only remake the order if it is more than 10% of the full amount. We do have the right to refund the missing amount if it is less than 10% of the full order.
